The apartments have some great features - they are all built to meet the 3 star rating for Austin Energy's Green Building program for multi-fmaily building, so you can expect utility bills to be low.
They have 10 foot ceilings, a private parking garage, a presentation area and 5 themed courtyards are coming. Two courtyards include a pool, with grilling and cabana facilities. The units have outdoor decks and are opposite Lake Park at Mueller - so you can enjoy an outdoor life. If it's too cold or hot to run around outside, there is a 24 hour gym and spin room available in the lobby.
